License Details

All acquisitions made from Imagefied are governed by a Commercial License, which permits the utilization of downloaded designs on a wide range of products, such as websites, apparel, wall coverings, textiles, ceramics, and so forth, provided that the guidelines outlined below are adhered to.

By proceeding with your purchase, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions (T&Cs) outlined herein.

User Definition

It is defined that:

  • One user corresponds to a single individual.
  • Two users correspond to two individuals, and so on.

Buying on behalf of others

If you are buying the content on behalf of a company/employer or client, then the employer/company/client can use the content. In this case, it is your responsibility to make sure that the client/employer must follow the T&Cs of this agreement. In this case, the rights may belong to you or your client/employer (but not both).

Content usage by Company

The licensed content can be used by up to 6 people if they belong to the same legal entity. As a company, you can make the material/content viewable to your employees, and subcontractors. If the number exceeds, the company needs to get another license.

When utilizing the Licensed Material with another company, it is mandatory that each distinct business entity, such as a corporation, LLC, agency, sole proprietor, freelancer, or designer, obtains its own license.

When a business entity utilizes the Licensed Material with another company, it is a must that each entity has its own license. This is because the use of the Licensed Material by one business entity does not automatically extend to another business entity. In such cases, each business entity must obtain its own license in order to comply with the T&Cs.

Furthermore, failure to obtain a separate license for each business entity may result in legal implications and financial penalties. It is therefore essential that each business acquires its own license, in order to avoid any potential legal issues and ensure compliance with the T&Cs outlined in the license agreement.

License Type:

All our content comes with a non-exclusive Royalty-Free License which lets you use the content with no expiration date on your rights.

Non-Exclusive

Exclusive Rights

We don’t offer exclusive rights to our content. However, if you are interested in exclusive rights to use the royal-free content, you contact us by using the contact us page.

All our licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
